I waited nervously behind the starting blocks. The crowd in the stadium seemed to be roaring , cameras moving up and down the track , like an elevator. "On your marks!" said a voice on the speaker . I walked to the mark "We will we will rock you "the crowd was singing. I knew there was over a million  
people watching at home and over 650 000 New Zealanders sitting in the crowd so I had to do the best I can. Usain Bolt the fastest man still living is right next to me but I didn't care.
"Get set" said the speaker. I got ready placed my head facing the ground. My legs were shaking like it got put in the freezer and all the ice is melting off. Then I heard " Go" even though I wasn't ready, I was out of the 10m mark in less then 1 second. I finally look up and theres no one in front me. Was this a false start because I couldn't believe it. We're pass 20 30 40 50 60 and surprisingly I was still in the lead. I start to smile but as I see Usain bolt with the corner of my eye, the smile is easily stolen. 70m passes and I'm in 2nd place position , it feels as if Tyson Gay was about to pass me , 80m mark passed and I finally catch up to the current leader , we run to the finish line like twin towers and pass the finish line as twin towers. I'm puffed and so are my opponents it was a close one , even Bolt dosen't know who one. I look at the big screen T.V 1st place Niah 9.00 , 2nd place Bolt 9.01,3rd Gay 9.33 I have done it , I have got NZ a gold medal.

After spending 10 minutes in the water finally the cats owner came and took it, luckily no fishes were harm.
